NFL Trade Rumors: Tee Higgins Linked To Buffalo Bills

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (5) catches a deep pass for a touchdown in the third quarter of the NFL Week 11 game between the Los Angeles Chargers and the Cincinnati Bengals at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., on Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024. The Chargers won 34-27.

Tee Higgins might soon join the Buffalo Bills according to Albert Breer from Sports Illustrated. While Higgins is currently playing for the Cincinnati Bengals, he might be a part of another team in the upcoming NFL season as the player enters free agency.

Recently, Albert Breer answered a fan’s question about what strategies the Buffalo Bills need to undertake in order to win against the Kansas City Chiefs in the next season. In response to this, Breer remarked that the Bills need to get their quarterback a talented wide receiver, like Tee Higgins.

“To that end, I wouldn’t rule out the idea of the Buffalo Bills pursuing Tee Higgins. Now, I’d bet there would be limits on how far they’d go, but adding a real No. 1, assuming you project Higgins to be that away from Ja’Marr Chase, would allow for you to slot guys such as Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, James Cook and Dalton Kincaid into roles that would make the group, as a whole, a real problem,” Albert Breer said to the fan.

In the 2024 NFL season, the Cincinnati Bengals finished third in the AFC North with nine wins and eight defeats. In their last game of the season, the Bengals were paired with the Pittsburgh Steelers and won the game with a final score of 19-17. In that season, wide receiver Tee Higgins managed a total of 73 receptions for 911 yards, scoring ten touchdowns.
