Over the weekend, the Chiefs lost a game against the Denver Broncos. The team rested some of their star players after already clinching a spot in the lead up to the 2025 Super Bowl. Their loss effectively shut the Bengals out of competing.

During a new episode of his New Heights podcast, Travis made it very clear that their loss was not intentional.

“I ain’t scared of f-cking nobody,” Travis told his brother and cohost Jason when he brought up the rumor. “I wanted [the Bengals] in the f-cking playoffs. I want to slay every dragon one by one, like Mortal Kombat.”

He continued, saying, “I don’t even want this to be like we play the lowest seed. Just give me the best teams”

“I’ll go through every f-cking one of them, just giving them my best f-cking effor. I ain’t scared of a single soul, man,” he said, adding that he would play the Bengals “at the Walmart parking lot” during the offseason.

Travis also paid the Bengals a compliment, saying, “The Bengals were a fun-ass f-cking team to watch there towards the end of the season. And it’s a shame they didn’t make it in the playoffs, because they would have made the playoffs that much f-cking crazier and that much more fun.”
