NFL insider Pete Sweeney hints at Travis Kelce's plans with Taylor Swift before Chiefs vs Broncos clash

After beating the Pittsburgh Steelers by 29-10 in the Week 17 clash, the Kansas City Chiefs would now face the Denver Broncos in their final regular-season game. However, fans might not get to see the primary starters Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce in the Week 18 matchup.

On Friday, NFL insider Pete Sweeney made an appearance on the “New Day with SSJ” podcast and made a major revelation about the Chiefs’ upcoming clash against the Broncos. Sweeney said Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes would most likely miss the game. Sharing details of Kelce’s plans with Taylor Swift, the insider said:

“Andy, I believe, got done with the [Steelers] game and gave the guys some time to go do what they want to do. A tight end might be going to New York with his girlfriend, a quarterback might be hanging out with his kids.”

“Who knows what everybody else is doing. But I think it’s a nice reset for these guys. All these guys will practice next week, but I have a zero percent feel that any starter of any significance will play in this game,” Sweeney further said.

Talking about Taylor Swift, a recent report revealed that the “Blank Space” singer has planned on making Nashville her “home base” to stay close to Travis Kelce in Kansas City.

Taylor Swift found a new “home base” near Travis Kelce in Kansas City

Taylor Swift has apparently found a new “home base” in Nashville so she can stay close to her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, in Kansas City. A recent report from Page Six on Thursday claimed the same and stated:

“It looks like this may be Taylor’s domestic era. … It also looks like Taylor is going to make Nashville more of a home base than LA or NY since it’s closer to Kansas City, and her mom, Andrea, loves (Nashville) too.”

The report further said how Taylor Swift has officially begun embracing her “WAG life.” An unnamed source sharing the details said:

“Taylor is really embracing WAG life. I think she’s adapted so well to WAG life because she truly understands what it’s like to be part of a team — especially coming off Eras where she formed such a close connection with her band, dancers, singers and crew.”

Earlier this year, Taylor Swift concluded her Eras Tour. According to a recent report, the “Bad Blood” singer is now looking forward to “living a simple life” with Travis Kelce.
