Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce has been going out with Taylor Swift for more than a year now. During that span, they’ve been on their fair share of dates. Among others, this includes low-key nights out at the hottest spots in the city, a New York Yankees playoff game and a U.S. Open Tennis final, to name a few.

There is one place Kelce wouldn’t ever dream of taking his girlfriend, though. The three-time Super Bowl champion made this abundantly clear during the most recent episode of his “New Heights” podcast with his brother, Jason Kelce.

A fan phoned in a question on Wednesday’s episode of the pod about the “absolute worst” place a man can take his woman out on a date. According to the Chiefs tight end, a strip club should be at the very top of that list.

“Maybe don’t take her to the strip club,” Kelce said, laughing. “Although some strip clubs do have really good wings I have heard. Don’t know anything about it.”

Kelce immediately backtracked on his wings comment by saying that he learned about that piece of information from a second-hand source and that he has no clue about strip clubs.

He then went on to suggest not taking a girl out on a date for a sports game if it doesn’t interest her.

“There’s nothing worse than trying to teach somebody about something they don’t want to be taught about,” Kelce said.
