CINCINNATI — Cincinnati stars Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase continued their hot streaks in Monday’s 27-20 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Burrow (369 yards, three pass TDs, one INT) now has five straight games with 250-plus passing yards and three-plus passing TDs.
The only player in NFL history to have a longer streak than him is Tom Brady in 2007. Meanwhile, Chase (14 catches, 177 yards, two TDs) notched his third game this year with at least 10 receptions, 175 receiving yards, and two receiving TDs. No other player in NFL history has had more than one such game in a season.
If the Bengals’ defense had any pulse throughout the first 12 games of the season, Cincinnati would be contending for a Super Bowl.
