New Orleans Saints wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown believes his former team, the Green Bay Packers, will beat the Detroit Lions at Ford Field on Thursday Night Football.

During the latest episode of the St. Brown podcast, Equanimeous St. Brown talked trash to his brother Amon-Ra, who happens to be on the other side of this highly anticipated NFC North clash as one of the top wide receivers for the Detroit Lions.

“Even though they’re 9-3 and have a good chance to make the playoffs, they’re coming in like, ‘we want to win the NFC North’ type of s**t,” Equanimeous St. Brown said about his former team. “They’re thinking, going to Detroit right now, Ford Field, and smack that ass. That’s what they’re thinking.”

“They’re going to run the ball over you guys and take shots. Jordan Love is going to let that b***h ride. So y’all better be ready,” he concluded.

Amon-Ra St. Brown doesn’t seem to be fazed by his brother’s warning, especially since he had a decent game the last time he faced the Green Bay Packers. During the 24-14 win in Week 9, the two-time Pro Bowler tallied seven receptions for 56 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Green Bay Packers could give Detroit Lions a huge run for their money

Jordan Love insisted the Green Bay Packers are a different team than they were in Week 9, and he has a point since they went on a three-game winning streak since the defeat.

In the team’s last two wins against the San Francisco 49ers and the Miami Dolphins, the 26-year-old quarterback has not thrown a single interception and has notched a 66.7 percent completion rate and four touchdowns.

It is also worth noting that the Green Bay Packers have been efficient in the red zone, scoring on 73.3 percent of their trips there during their three-game winning streak.
