BREAKING NEWS: Brittany Mahomes’ New Pregnancy Photos Has Fans Convinced of Baby Name

The Kansas City Chiefs look to stay in the win column when they face the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 14. However, after narrowly defeating the Las Vegas Raiders 19-17 on Black Friday, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is looking for a statement win.

Since last season, the Chiefs have won 14 consecutive one-score games, the longest such streak in NFL history. While Kansas City’s 11-1 record is the best in the league, Mahomes knows they need to step it up.

“Too many mistakes. We’ve gotta clean that up if we wanna get to where we wanna go,” he told reporters. “We’re not satisfied with where we’re at even though we’re winning football games.

“Our goal over these last few games is to prove [we are] the team that we believe we really are going into the playoffs and play like that throughout the playoffs.”

While Mahomes looks to win a Super Bowl three-peat, off the field, he’s preparing for baby No. 3 with his wife, Brittany Mahomes. The couple announced they were expecting another girl during training camp. Before the Chargers-Chiefs game, Brittany posted several photos from her latest maternity shoot on Instagram.

Brittany captioned the post, “Baby girl.” While a similar trend happened after the Kansas City Current co-owners’ gender reveal party over the summer, fans once again flooded the comments section with the same guess for their baby’s name.

One woman wrote, “Goldie has been my vote since announcement!!!!” Another person added, “Goldie is what I’ve been predicting.” One fan responded, “So funny bc I just told my husband that Goldie would be a perfect name keeping with the precious metal trend!” Another comment read, “If we’re sticking with the theme of names. My guess is bb girls name will be Goldie.”

The Mahomes welcomed their first child, Sterling Skye, on Feb. 20, 2021. Brittany gave birth to their son, Patrick “Bronze” Mahomes, on Nov. 28, 2022. The couple also has two dogs named Silver and Steele.

While sterling and silver are previous metals, bronze and steel are base metals. It’s unclear which direction Mahomes and his wife will go when it comes to naming their baby girl. Much like Brittany’s expected due date, the couple will likely keep that information private until the baby is born.
