Chiefs open as favorites over the Chargers in Week 14 - Arrowhead Pride

On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs will play the Los Angeles Chargers on GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in a Week 14 “Sunday Night Football” matchup. With a win, Kansas City will claim its ninth consecutive AFC West championship. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:20 p.m. Arrowhead Time on NBC — locally on KSHB/41.

According to FanDuel Sportsbook, Kansas City has opened as a 3.5-point favorite.

This will be the season’s second matchup between these longtime AFC West rivals. In Week 4, the Chiefs defeated the Chargers 17-10 at So-Fi Stadium in California. They had opened that week as an 8.5-point road favorite.

In Week 12, the Chiefs opened as 10.5-point road favorites over the Carolina Panthers before collecting a 30-27 win. Then they began Week 13 as 13.5-point home favorites over the Las Vegas Raiders, winning the league’s “Black Friday” matchup 19-17.

Two weeks ago, the Chargers started as 2.5-point home underdogs to the Baltimore Ravens before losing that game 30-23. Then they opened as 1.5-point road favorites over the Atlanta Falcons, winning that Week 13 matchup 17-13.
