BREAKING: Packers inactives list for Week 13 game against Dolphins

Arizona Cardinals v Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers and Miami Dolphins are dealing with injuries ahead of their Thanksgiving matchup. Both teams enter this game without their best cornerbacks and also have injuries at linebacker.

Jaire Alexander and Edgerrin Cooper missed last week’s win over the San Francisco 49ers, and considering the quick turnaround between games, it always felt like a long shot for either to play. They sat out of practice all week and won’t play tonight against the Dolphins. The Packers are also missing wide receiver Romeo Doubs after he suffered a concussion four days ago. Again, the short turnaround didn’t help.

Hopefully, all three have enough time to return for the Packers’ rematch with the Detroit Lions on Thursday Night Football next week.

The Dolphins ruled out cornerback Kendall Fuller due to a concussion, while linebackers Anthony Walker Jr. and Tyus Bowser will also miss the game.

The Packers run into a Dolphins team that has won its past three games (and almost won the two before that) and is playing with a sense of urgency. Miami is attempting to keep its playoff hopes alive after falling well behind without Tua Tagovailoa. He has been outstanding since returning to the lineup and will test Green Bay’s defense.

It should make for a fascinating game at a frozen Lambeau Field. A win for the Packers would all but secure their playoff spot with five weeks to go.
