Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, enjoy a very luxurious lifestyle at their custom-built Missouri megamansion—but when it comes to their kids, it seems the couple refuses to be precious about protecting their lavish abode.
Brittany, 30, shared a very candid glimpse inside the couple’s lives at home with their three children, shedding a very entertaining light on the chaos that erupts when the kids are allowed to run loose around the upscale abode.
In a video posted to her Instagram Stories, the entrepreneur and fitness trainer revealed the havoc that her kids had caused inside Patrick’s private at-home basketball court, which has, for all intents and purposes, been turned into a makeshift playground.
The clips shows the couple’s children, Sterling Skye, 5, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III, 3, and Golden Raye, 15 months, crawling around in the space, before panning the camera to reveal the court surface is now covered in an array of toys, as well as two bounce houses.
Adding insult to injury, Brittany poked fun at her husband for daring to think that the basketball court would be one space inside the home that he could call his own, saying: “I really think it’s hilarious that Patrick wanted this basketball court because he thought it was going to be his.”

In the first clip, two of the kids could be seen playing on the ground in front of a “Spider-Man”-themed bounce house—with Patrick III sporting a super hero costume in honor of the Marvel favorite.
His younger sister, meanwhile, holds what appears to be a pickleball racket in her hand as she walks toward her sibling.
As Brittany pans the camera around the room, dozens of other toys are seen littered across the floor—from scooters and ride-on bikes to pink ponies, several of which are covering the NFL quarterback’s custom “MAHOMES” logo that runs along one side of the court.
It looks as though the court had, at one point, been set up for all manner of sporting events; a rack of fresh basketballs sits to one side, while a tennis net has been set up on the center line.
But the chaos did not end with the basketball center—with Brittany later revealing that the kids kept the fun going even after they made their way upstairs, where she was greeted by a trail of “Spider-Man” costume pieces laying in a trail on the floor.
“The trail of a kid that had to poop,” she joked.
Despite Brittany joking about their kids taking over the basketball court, Patrick did previously reveal when they were building the house that he had always intended for the space to be “for the kids.”
“I’m going to have a half-football field so I can get some work in with some guys out there,” he shared during a 2021 interview with NBC Sports. “I’ll have a basketball court… [but] that’s not for me, that’s for the kids. It’ll have a little golf stuff out there as well.”
Then, in 2023, he and Brittany transformed the basketball court into an indoor football stadium in honor of Bronze’s first birthday, complete with balloon displays and custom bounce houses for the kids to enjoy.

Luckily, the basketball court is far from the only space inside the palatial property where Patrick can enjoy some peace and quiet at his home, which boasts incredible amenities, both inside and out.
The couple’s extraordinary property sits on a huge 8-acre parcel of land they snapped up for just $400,000, however the dwelling that now occupies it is understood to be worth millions more.
Images have revealed that the home features a stunning swimming pool, complete with its own water slide, as well as a large sports field that has “Mahomes” written across one end.
And Patrick isn’t restricting himself to just football as far as his at-home sporting amenities go. In addition to the field, he and Brittany added a putting green and a private pond.
In October 2024, the home was the site of a burglary, an incident that he later described as “frustrating” and “disappointing.”
Patrick and his wife are believed to have moved into their home in 2023, having spent close to three years completing their dream abode. At around the same time, they also listed their former Kansas City dwelling—a much more modest abode that they purchased in 2019.
According to local regulations, home sale prices do not have to be disclosed, meaning that the final sale price is not known. However, they put the abode on the market for $2.9 million. Before the couple purchased the property, it was last listed for $1.99 million.
In addition to that primary residence, the couple also owns a vacation home in Texas, where they first met.
The four-bedroom, 7,800-square-foot estate on a half-acre lot comes with lots of baller perks: a wine room, family room with a gas fireplace, and outdoor space with a gas fireplace, grill grotto, firepit lounge area, large pool, tan deck, and spa.
