The Kansas City Chiefs have had a good offseason as general manager Brett Veach and Andy Reid have reset the roster as the franchise looks to make it back to the postseason in 2026.

With the receiver room still somewhat of a question mark with Xavier Worthy, Rashee Rice, and Tyquan Thornton, some think that more is needed.
But who? Is there a free agent out there who could come in and be productive for Reid’s offense?
Well, one player who has consistently been linked to the Chiefs is Tyreek Hill.
And for NFL.com’s Kevin Patra, he wonders if Hill, once healthy, will return to Kansas City.
“With the Chiefs focusing on defense early, the receiver corps didn’t see an addition until Cyrus Allen in the fifth round,” Patra wrote. “Despite Andy Reid previously brushing off questions when asked about Tyreek Hill, is it fait accompli that the veteran returns to Kansas City when he’s healthy?”
Is a move for Hill worth it?
Well, there are a lot of things to consider.
Firstly, how healthy will he be? And secondly, what sort of money is he looking at wanting?
Could a veteran’s deal be on the cards for Hill in Kansas City? Possibly, but would Tyreek want that?
He gets to return to the team where he made his name; he knows the system and Patrick Mahomes, so it would be an easy transition back.
So, there are a lot of reasons why the move makes some sort of sense for me, but does it make sense for the Chiefs? Only they know the answer.
