Micah Parsons had to change direction to try to get Bo Nix.

But as his left knee planted, the Green Bay Packers’ superstar pulled up. Clearly, he hurt himself. Parsons went down, holding the knee.

Everyone in the road stadium of Denver went silent. No one wanted to see this.

Parsons looked in clear pain. Trainers rushed out to attend to him.

Eventually, Parsons walked off with a couple trainers.

The Packers’ season hung in the balance.

Parsons, of course, was acquired with a huge blockbuster trade before the start of the season from the Dallas Cowboys.

At times, he’s been really good, really special, the player he was expected to be.

The Packers entered the day at 9-3-1, one of the favorites to get out of the NFC.

Now, everything feels different.

Other players could tell it wasn’t good.

Broncos superstar cornerback Pat Surtain came over to show Parsons some love before he left the field.

No one wants to see a stud like Parsons get hurt. And this one didn’t look good.
