The Kansas City Chiefs sideline will look vastly different next season.
Head coach Andy Reid remains in the hot seat but six coaches have been fired or moved elsewhere in a radical shakeup.

Wide receivers coach Connor Embree and running backs coach Todd Pinkston were both fired.
Defensive quality coach Louie Addazio, assistant defensive line coach Alex Whittingham, assistant running backs coach Mark DeLeone, and offensive assistant Kevin Saxton II have all moved on as well.
Offensive coordinator Matt Nagy is the biggest name to exit as his contract runs out. The former head coach has had plenty of interviews around the league.
After missing the playoffs for the first time since 2015, there were bound to be wholesale changes.
Travis Kelce reveals $1.7bn retirement decision but plan scuppered as Chiefs star say he let down Andy Reid
Reid, however, might be forced to let go of a man he’d rather keep around.
Assistant General Manager Mike Bradway has been with the Chiefs since 2018.
He began as assistant director of player personnel before being promoted to assistant GM ahead of the 2025 season.
Bradway played a key role in three Super Bowl victories and has admirers.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport reported Wednesday that the Atlanta Falcons have requested an interview for their vacant general manager job.
Bradway’s predecessor Mike Borgonzi joined the Tennessee Titans in 2025 and the Chiefs cannot block him from speaking to the Falcons about a potential promotion.

He is one of at least five candidates for the new role, which will report into Matt Ryan and work alongside incoming head coach Kevin Stefanski as the $6.35 billion franchise undergoes its own restructure.
Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce back new OC
Reid has already secured one replacement with Eric Bieniemy returning as OC — a role he held from 2018 to 2022.
Bieniemy helped transform the Chicago Bears’ backfield as running backs coach last season.
Mahomes reacted to the news by sharing a photo of himself and the coach with three flexed biceps emojis.
The move also saw Travis Kelce hint that he could be considering returning despite retirement rumors.
“I think it’s great,” he on his New Heights podcast. “I can’t wait to see him back in the building. He’s one of my favorite coaches of all time. I’ve had so many unbelievable growing moments under him as a player.
“I just love the guy, and it’s going to be awesome to see him back in the building and seeing him wear the Chiefs’ logo.”
Bienemy’s offense never finished lower than sixth in points per game and he helped Mahomes win his second MVP award in 2022.
Isiah Pacheco and Kareem Hunt toiled all season, with the passing game struggling as a result of the team’s struggles to get anything going on the ground.
