Acquisition and Release Details

Diggs was claimed off waivers from the Dallas Cowboys on December 31. His departure from the Packers results in an impressive $15.5 million in cap space for the team. However, the Cowboys face a $5.8 million dead cap hit due to his release.

Career Overview

Originating from Gaithersburg, Maryland, Diggs has just wrapped up his sixth season in the NFL. A two-time Pro Bowler, he accumulated considerable stats during his career:

With Diggs no longer part of the roster, the Packers are positioning themselves strategically for future opportunities. The release reflects their intentions to enhance financial flexibility moving forward.
