Cleveland Browns Injury Report: Browns Dealing With Heavy Injury Load

The Cleveland Browns will arrive in Chicago with one of the league’s longest injury lists. Cleveland opened Week 15 with nine starters listed on the report, including multiple offensive linemen, pass catchers, and defensive starters, and several key players did not practice on Wednesday as the team began prep for the Bears.

Pro Bowl guard Joel Bitonio (knee, back) and right tackle Jack Conklin (concussion) both logged DNPs. Guard Wyatt Teller (calf) was also out on Wednesday. If Bitonio, Teller, or Conklin can’t go, that’s a major advantage for the Bears’ defensive front.

At the skill positions, the Browns’ wide receiver room is banged up once again. Cedric Tillman (concussion, rib) and Michael Corley (concussion) each opened the week with limited or no participation. Tight end David Njoku (knee) was a DNP, while running back D. Sampson (calf, hand) also sat out. Add in DB injuries to Grant Delpit (illness/groin) and Denzel Ward (calf) — both DNPs — and Cleveland could be operating well below full strength in all three phases.
