The Kansas City Chiefs are in the midst of a two-game losing streak and can’t afford to fall a game under .500 as the AFC playoff race heats up.
Kansas City currently occupies the No. 9 seed in the AFC, behind the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars for the final playoff spot in the conference. The road to the playoffs won’t get any easier for Patrick Mahomes and company as they prepare to face off against the 8-2 Indianapolis Colts.
Ahead of the massive showdown, star tight end Travis Kelce offered a cautionary word to his teammates regarding one of the Colts’ best weapons: tight end Tyler Warren.

When asked about the rookie tight end, Kelce had a glowing review of Warren’s season thus far.
“He’s an absolute force,” Kelce said. “And you can see why he’s got a lot of success early, how he ran with the ball when he was in college. His feel for zones, his ability to go up and make a catch over the top of everybody. Just a big, big target out there, man, and I’m excited for his future. But hopefully we can hold him to a few yards this week.”
Kelce and Warren sit No. 2 and No. 3 in receiving yards among tight ends this season behind Arizona Cardinals star Trey McBride. Both have hauled in 50 passes with Kelce racking up 631 yards and four touchdowns while Warren has 617 yards and three touchdowns.
