The Kansas City Chiefs were handed their fourth loss of the season on Sunday after falling to the Buffalo Bills in heartbreaking fashion.
The Chiefs’ defense overcame a litany of errors and miscues by the offense in Week 9 to keep the Bills’ lead within arm’s reach for most of the game.
Kansas City’s front seven, led this week by linebacker Nick Bolton, significantly slowed down Buffalo’s rushing attack in the second half of Sunday’s game and kept star running back James Cook out of the end zone for all four quarters.
The experts at Pro Football Focus took notice of the former Missouri Tiger’s standout game and awarded him a grade of 91.0, the highest among his teammates in Sunday’s loss.

Bolton has been one of the league’s most reliable linebackers since being selected by Kansas City in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
The Texas native should be in for a lighter workload in Week 11 when the Chiefs take on the Denver Broncos at Mile High Stadium after the bye week.
