THE NFL have fined Cleveland Browns wideout Jerry Jeudy after tempers flared against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Jeudy clashed with Steelers cornerback Joey Porter Jr during a frosty Week 6 matchup in Pennsylvania.

The 26-year-old was involved in an altercation with Porter during the first quarter at the Acrisure Stadium.
Jeudy appeared to strike Porter in the head after a play and was penalized on the field.
The referees handed out a 15-yard penalty to the Browns for unnecessary roughness.
But after reviewing footage, the NFL have gone one step further.
The league confirmed they have hit Jeudy with a $12,172 fine over the incident.
“I can’t be having no personal penalties, that’s going to hurt my team,” Jeudy said after the game.
“Set my team back 15 yards, I can’t be doing that.
“I got to be better on that. And I will be better on that.”
The decision received a mixed response from fans on social media.
“That is nothing and club probably pays his fine,” wrote one fan on X.
“Should fine him more for pretending to be a WR,” joked a second.
“That’s a hefty fine for a tough play. Hope it serves as a lesson going forward,” added a third.
Jeudy arrived in Cleveland via a trade from the Denver Broncos in March 2024.
He signed a three-year extension with the Browns right after the trade and been the team’s primary receiving threat since.
Despite eclipsing 1,000 yards last season, Jeudy has made a poor start to the 2025 campaign.
He currently has 257 receiving yards on 22 catches with zero touchdowns.
Porter admitted after the Steelers-Browns game his “trash talk” may have gotten under Jeudy’s skin.
“That’s my game plan. I like to trash-talk, so any opportunity to get under a guy’s skin, I’m going to do it,” Porter said.
“I feel like it was working. I know [Jeudy] knows it was working.
“So I’m going to keep doing that every time, especially when I see him again.“
