CINCINNATI BENGALS star Cam Taylor-Britt has been sent a clear message by his coaches.
It comes after the cornerback was benched for Friday’s clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Bengals ran out narrow 33-31 winners after coming back from a 10-17 halftime deficit.
That win snapped a four-game losing streak, but was most striking for the absence of 26-year-old Taylor-Britt.
The 2022 second-round draft pick had started in 38 of 39 games prior to this season as the outside cornerback.
But after starting the first game this season, gameweek 2 saw him benched but play 90 per cent of the team’s defensive snaps before injury sidelined him against the Minnesota Vikings.
And a late lapse in week 6, which led to the Green Bay Packers achieving a late win over the Bengals, saw him dropped for week 7.
The marker to improve has now been laid down by his coaches, with Bengals’ defensive coordinator Al Golden telling reporters: “I would love nothing more [than] for him to respond and go on a great run here.
“I enjoy being around Cam.
“I really want the best for him, and I really hope that he has an opportunity here to really turn the page and come out of this thing really, really good here over the next half of the season.”
Taylor-Britt seems to have lost his place in the team to DJ Turner II for the time being.
Speaking about Turner, who was drafted one year after Taylor-Britt, Golden continued: “He’s changed his whole process.
“He’s engaged at an elite level right now.
“He’s the same guy every day and it’s the consistency that allows growth and he’s not going backwards.”
Bengals coach Zac Taylor explained that consistency on a daily basis could change his standing.
Taylor said: “He’s talented, high energy, wants to do right.
“Just keep working at it.”
The Bengals, now 3-4, host the New York Jets in their next game.
