Patrick Mahomes Earns AFC Offensive Player of the Week Honors

It was an afternoon to remember for quarterback Patrick Mahomes last Sunday, and it caught the attention of the league office.

Mahomes was named the AFC “Offensive Player of the Week” on Wednesday after tossing four touchdown passes in the Kansas City Chiefs’ dominant victory over the Baltimore Ravens. Mahomes found a different pass-catcher on each of his four scoring strikes, tallying his 18th career performance with at least four touchdown throws.
