“Go get him Kansas City.”.

The Green Bay Packers looked like one of the best teams in the first two weeks of the season after trading with the Dallas Cowboys for star pass rusher Micah Parsons. However, a shocking loss to the lowly Cleveland Browns in Week Three has raised some serious concerns for the franchise.

Now, they’re making prudent moves to make sure they distance themselves from the dregs of the league.
“Packers cut WR Mecole Hardman from practice squad,” reported Pro Football Talk on Tuesday.

It’s a shocking move considering all of Hardman’s experience, which includes a game-sealing touchdown in Super Bowl LVIII with the Kansas City Chiefs. Fans reacted to the move on social media.
“93% career catches thrown by Mahomes but yet I still see bozos on this app saying he doesn’t elevate the guys around him,” one Chiefs fan wrote on Twitter, implying that Hardman was only successful due to his partnership with Mahomes.
“Folks, relax. If Veach signs him, it’s gonna be to the practice squad and will likely only be insurance in case if another WR gets hurt. Say what y’all will, but it’s been clear over the course of Hardman’s career that Pat and Andy trust him, so that has to count for something,” someone else added.
“Go get him Kansas City. Should have never let him go and I don’t care if you disagree. The man is a weapon and too many people are too stupid to see it,” another fan added.
It’ll be interesting to see where a Hardman lands.
