Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson will be reporting to camp on Wednesday, ending his official hold out.
Hendrickson and the Bengals have been at opposite ends this offseason due to contract disputes.
The team would fine Hendrickson $50k per day he continued to hold out from camp as a rule of the league (Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin faced the same penalty before returning to camp).
A leap of faith: #Bengals star Trey Hendrickson, the NFL’s sack leader, is planning to report on Wednesday to be with his team and end his holdout, per me and @TomPelissero.

Hendrickson is owed $21 million this year before becoming an unrestricted free agent in the 2026 offseason.
The NFL’s reigning sack leader has now posted back-to-back years with 17.5 sacks while setting a career high in tackles (46), tackles for loss (19), quarterback hits (36), and pass deflections (six), earning his fourth straight Pro Bowl honours and his first selection to First-Team All-Pro.
3.5 sacks tonight. 17.5 sacks on the season.

Hendrickson also finished runner-up for the Defensive Player of the Year Award, which was given to Denver Broncos’ defensive back Patrick Surtain II.
The 30-year-old spent the first four seasons of his career with the New Orleans Saints after they took him in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He later signed with the Benagls, where he has spent the past four years.
