WATCH🎥🎥: Shocking moment NFL security guard is viciously attacked in wild brawl

Kansas City Chiefs block potential game-winning field goal, defeat Denver Broncos to stay unbeaten | CNN

A Denver Broncos fan is seen viciously attacking an NFL security guard in shocking footage from their game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.

A video circulating on social media initially shows two male spectators fighting in the stands at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium as a chaotic brawl breaks out.

Yet when a stadium staffer attempts to apprehend one of the men involved, who is wearing a Broncos jersey, another Denver supporter flies in and throws two punches at the staff member, the second of which sends him tumbling to the ground.

Multiple crowd members then step in to break up the situation after the violent fan grabbed the staffer and went falling with him to the ground.

DailyMail.com has reached out to the Denver Broncos, the Kansas City Chiefs and the NFL for comment.

The Broncos went on to suffer a gut-wrenching defeat on the day at Arrowhead.

Chiefs linebacker Leo Chenal made a game-winning block on Wil Lutz’s 35-yard field-goal attempt as time expired, allowing the Super Bowl champions to escape with a 16-14 victory.

Kansas City had taken the lead on a Harrison Butker field goal with 5:57 remaining, but Bo Nix and Denver converted a trio of third downs while marching right back down the field.

They proceeded to set up Lutz for the winner, but Chenal came up the middle amid a big push by the Kansas City defensive line to get his hand on the kick.

The crucial block preserved the Chiefs’ unbeaten record and took them to 9-0 in the defense of their second straight Super Bowl.

However, some NFL fans believe the Broncos were robbed in Kansas City after new footage appeared to show how an illegal contact penalty on Brandon Jones canceled a Nik Bonitto sack on Patrick Mahomes just before halftime. The call would allow the Chiefs to extend their drive and inch closer before the break.

Fan violence in the stands is becoming more and more of a problem for the NFL with every season that passes.

Just one week into the 2024 season, the Las Vegas Raiders’ trip to SoFi Stadium for their game against the LA Chargers saw supporters left bloodied and unconscious when a similar brawl broke out.

Even preseason fixtures brought violence earlier this year, with a Broncos fan getting badly knocked over during their game against the Arizona Cardinals back in August.
