🔥 Panic Mode Activated: Chiefs Face Nightmare Scenario & Make Bold Move in Latest Mock Draft 🏈😱

The Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive line situation is enough to make fans concerned heading into the 2025 season.

Chiefs Realize Greatest Fear And Double-Down In Latest Mock Draft | Yardbarker

While Jaylon Moore was signed to be the starting left tackle, he is seen by some to be a “band-aid” move at left tackle, and the long-term viability has been questioned.

With Wanya Morris, Kingsley Suamatia, and Mike Caliendo all failing to take their chances to establish themselves at tackle and guard last season, that puts into question the depth along the line.

Due to this, in Jacob Infante’s latest mock draft for Pro Football Network, the Chiefs double down on their offensive line needs, and take Josh Conerly Jr. in the first round, and back that up with guard Wyatt Milum in the second round.

Chiefs Recent 7-Round Mock Draft

“A four-year collegiate starter, Wyatt Milum is a heavy-handed lineman with solid footwork in pass protection and precise strikes at the point of attack,” Infante writes. “Whether it’s at tackle or guard, he should be a solid starter in the league.”

So could both Conerly Jr. and Milum be set to start in 2025? We imagine that Moore will get the first crack at the left tackle position after signing his two-year deal, but getting the depth sorted looms as the best port of call for the Chiefs.

Plus, with Milum and Conerly Jr., the Chiefs look towards the future for their offensive line as they add potential starters and depth as Mahomes’ protection gets a major boost.

There are so many question marks hanging over Kansas City’s offensive line, and maybe they get answered with the selections of Milum and Conerly Jr., maybe they don’t.

But either way, the franchise isn’t about to put No. 15 in harm’s way any longer.
