The 2025 NFL Draft is roughly two weeks away, and with that NFL team’s top-30 visits are in full swing. For the Cleveland Browns, they have multiple needs that must be addressed in the NFL Draft, ranging from their quarterback spot, to edge rusher, running back, and more.
One of the positions they also have to address is wide receiver. For that, though, they may already have their sights set on a specific receiver in which they had a top-30 visit with, and that is Isaiah Bond.
Cleveland Browns to Draft Isaiah Bond
With a new quarterback under center coming, the Browns need to ensure that quarterback is surrounded with the most talent as possible. Jerry Jeudy has been a decent wide receiver for them, but they need more production outside of just him if they want the offense to truly thrive.
That is where Isaiah Bond comes in and can be the perfect receiver opposite of Jeudy.
Isaiah Bond Stats
Last season, Bond had a productive year, playing in 14 games in which he accumulated 540 yards and five touchdowns over 34 receptions. Over his entire college career, he had put up 1,428 yards and 10 touchdowns over 99 receptions in 41 games.
Isaiah Bond Fit on the Cleveland Browns
With Bond, he would bring an extra added element with his separation ability. This skill set has allowed him to optimize his run-after-the-catch ability at the top of his breaks. An extra plus is that at Texas he ran an expanded route tree, which would help him in being effective at the NFL instantly in various ways. That alone would be great for the Browns as Kevin Stefanski would be able to utilize him to the best of his ability.
The explosive element that Bond brings can’t be ignored, and is why the Browns will look to add him to their offense as they upgrade it as a whole moving forward.
