Stanley Cup-winning forward Tyler Johnson has found himself a new team in Boston.

The Bruins announced the one-year deal was worth $775,000.

The 34-year-old began his career as a free agent in 2012 with Tampa Bay and won back-to-back Cups with the Lightning in 2020 and 2021.

Johnson played 67 games last season in Chicago with the Blackhawks, picking up 31 points (17 goals, 14 assists). In 738 career NHL games with Chicago and Tampa Bay, he has 193 goals and 238 assists for 431 points.
