The Kansas City Chiefs are looking to make history. On Sunday they defeated the Buffalo Bills 32-29 to punch their ticket to the Super Bowl. If the Chiefs can defeat the Philadelphia Eagles, they’ll be the first team in NFL history to win three Super Bowls in a row.

Many have felt that the Chiefs’ unprecedented run of success has only been possible thanks to favorable calls for star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his partner in crime, tight end Travis Kelce.

However, in light of the talk surrounding the way their games are called, Chiefs players continue to handle things with class.

That isn’t the only case where the Chiefs players have shown their class either.

Travis Kelce Showed His True Character After Controversial Win - The Spun

Usually known as a jokester, Kelce cracked and showed his true character after defeating the Buffalo Bills, when he spoke about Bills quarterback Josh Allen and the job the Bills did against them on Sunday.

“They made it hard,” Kelce told reporters outside of his locker room following the victory.

The Chiefs’ next test will be in New Orleans against the Philadelphia Eagles. If the Chiefs manage to pull off the victory, it’ll be nice knowing that a humble group is taking home the sport’s most coveted trophy.

As long as Kelce and the Chiefs stay focused they’ll have a legitimate shot at making history.
