Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Kurt Benkert missed not one but two of his picks in the NFL’s conference championship round .
With the conference championship round over, and with everyone now directing their attention to the upcoming Super Bowl 59 matchup between the two-time defending Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, some have decided to look back at Benkert’s pick and have good fun with it.
Former Green Bay QB clowned after going 0-2 with conference championship picks
Before the games on Sunday, Benkert basically predicted the Buffalo Bills and the Washington Commanders to face off in New Orleans. Neither team won their respective conference title games, though.
We are so close to a Bills Commanders Super Bowl I can almost taste it.

Here are some of the comments from fans to Benkert’s bold picks:
“How did that turn out for ya?”
“QB3s thinking they experts because of blue check marks”
“Abraham Lincoln got more passing yards than you 😭😂😂😂 please shut yo [expletive] up”
“No one xweets worse than this dude lmao”
“Turns out they weren’t close at all”
For what it’s worth, Benkert, who played a game for the Packers in the 2021 NFL season, reacted to his own predictions as well.
“Update: Tastes like s**t,” Benkert posted .
Like the Packers, the Bills and the Commanders will have to wait until at least next season to win a Super Bowl after all three got eliminated in the playoffs. The Packers were a playoff victim of the Eagles, who beat Green Bay in the wild-card round, 22-10.
