Patriots Quarterback Drake Maye Announces Major Personal News

Earlier this week the New England Patriots announced Mike Vrabel as the team’s new head coach.

One of his first orders of business is to fix the situation around rookie quarterback Drake Maye, who looked very much like a franchise quarterback for the Patriots during the 2024 season.

“My involvement will be as it relates to game management and situational awareness, where we are on the football field, and trying to develop him as a leader of the offense,” he said. “Drake is going to be his own person, but I’m going to give him some things that I feel like are necessary to win football games.”New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye

As Vrabel and the Patriots start preparations for next season, the quarterback himself is taking major steps off the field. On Wednesday afternoon the former North Carolina star quarterback proposed to longtime girlfriend Ann Michael Hudson, who happily obliged.

“Love doing life with you. Can’t wait to marry you!❤️” Maye said in the post on Instagram on Wednesday afternoon.

The couple has been together for eight years, dating back to their time in high school together.
