{"id":9741,"date":"2025-01-09T00:58:33","date_gmt":"2025-01-09T00:58:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breakingnews.azontree.com\/?p=9741"},"modified":"2025-01-09T00:58:33","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T00:58:33","slug":"breaking-details-emerge-about-what-browns-knew-about-ken-dorsey-before-hiring-him","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/breakingnews.azontree.com\/?p=9741","title":{"rendered":"BREAKING: Details Emerge About What Browns Knew About Ken Dorsey Before Hiring Him"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brownsnation.com\/wp-content\/cache\/webp-cache\/ca38db29e708521354146f9feb4f99a2.webp\" alt=\"Details Emerge About What Browns Knew About Ken Dorsey Before Hiring Him\" \/><\/p>\n<p>(Photo by Jason Miller\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<p>The Browns made a change to their staff on Sunday, terminating offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey after his lone season with Cleveland.<\/p>\n<p>Dorsey implemented a three and four-receiver base set in Cleveland, a pass-friendly attack that was similar to the one that made quarterback Deshaun Watson a Pro Bowl player with the Houston Texans.<\/p>\n<p>Cleveland hired Dorsey knowing his former job ended prematurely as the coach was fired by the Buffalo Bills during the middle of the 2023 season.<\/p>\n<p>Analyst Aditi Kinkhabwala revealed that the Browns knew plenty about Dorsey before his hiring in 2024 as she said the Bills were \u201cvery, very honest\u201d about Dorsey\u2019s issues in Buffalo.<\/p>\n<p>Kinkhabwala detailed why the Bills relieved Dorsey of his role in Buffalo during her appearance on Wednesday\u2019s \u201cUltimate Cleveland Sports Show,\u201d problems she acknowledged reappeared during Dorsey\u2019s time coaching the Browns.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIn Buffalo, he struggled to manage to present to the entire room. In Buffalo, he wasn\u2019t necessarily very collaborative with o-line coach, the running backs coach.
