Would you say converting third downs is a big deal?<\/p>\n Well, nobody converts third downs at a higher rate than the Chiefs. Kansas City moves the chains on third nearly 52% of the time. The next closest team is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, at 47%.<\/p>\n In addition to converting on third down, I would say scoring points is pretty significant. Humphries\u2019 injury isn\u2019t nearly as bad as it looked in real time. He could be back for the Houston Texans game next Saturday.<\/p>\n In Humphries\u2019 first start, he did allow several pressures, but that\u2019s to be expected for a guy who hasn\u2019t played football in a year. However, this unit still ranked seventh in the fewest points allowed at 19.4.<\/p>\n I think many of the narratives are surfacing because of how dominant the unit was last year. First, nobody has played football more than them over the last few years.
