ESPN reported the deal includes $16 million in guaranteed money.<\/p>\n<div class=\"r1udwkp5 d1uy5mhj articleBody mb32\" data-block-type=\"text\" data-dropcap=\"false\">\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article - Paragraph links\">Williams joined the Cowboys on a one-year contract last season after an injury-filled four years on his rookie deal with the Denver Broncos.
