The Kansas City Chiefs are expected to look very different from their 2026 NFL season<\/strong> version, and one of the reasons for the change will come from the moves within their coaching staff<\/strong>. Initially, Andy Reid<\/strong> believed there might be a chance to bring back Matt Nagy<\/strong>, but that apparently won’t be possible.<\/p>\n

Nagy’s plans have changed in recent days<\/h2>\n

Matt Nagy<\/strong> had his sights set on landing a NFL head coach position<\/strong> after spending the last three seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs<\/strong> as their offensive coordinator<\/strong>-not before being fired from the Chicago Bears<\/strong> following four disappointing years between 2018 and 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nagy’s plans<\/strong> shifted when he saw the Tennessee Titans<\/strong>head coach vacancy<\/strong> slip away, where he was a finalist, but Robert Saleh<\/strong> ultimately won the job.<\/p>\n
