However, Chicago turned it on late in the game to force overtime, resulting in Caleb Williams and company coming out on top and punching their ticket to the NFL playoffs.<\/p>\n<p>Along with losing to the Bears and suffering a second straight loss, the Packers lost star quarterback Jordan Love to a concussion, putting his status in doubt for Week 17 against the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday at Lambeau Field.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Matt LaFleur Reveals Jordan Love\u2019s Status<\/h2>\n<div id=\"attachment_5673557\">\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/heavy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/GettyImages-2252907591-e1766519915885.jpg?quality=65&amp;strip=all\" alt=\"Packers Get Latest Injury Update on QBs Jordan Love &amp; Josh Jacobs\" width=\"780\" height=\"440\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5673557\" data-lazy-load=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-5673557\">GettyJordan Love #10 of the Green Bay Packers<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>On Tuesday, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur spoke to the media and gave an update on Love\u2019s status after going down in the first half of Saturday\u2019s game.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s in the (concussion) protocol, and he\u2019ll practice per the protocol, so he\u2019ll be limited,\u201d LaFleur said of Love\u2019s status.<\/p>\n<p>Along with Love being in concussion protocol, backup quarterback Malik Willis is dealing with a shoulder injury.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe will be limited as well,\u201d LaFleur said of Willis.<\/p>\n<p>LaFleur wasn\u2019t exactly encouraged by the updates on his starting and backup quarterbacks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot necessarily. We have to see how they progress throughout the week. By no means are they in the clear.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, this isn\u2019t great news for the Packers, as the team is on the cusp of clinching a playoff spot in the NFC with two games remaining in the regular season.<\/p>\n<p>Green Bay will be playoff-bound if it can get a win over Baltimore on Saturday. The Detroit Lions losing to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 17 would also result in the Packers clinching a playoff spot.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Packers RB Josh Jacobs Also Limited in Practice<\/h2>\n<div id=\"attachment_5673595\">\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/heavy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/GettyImages-2252903126_2a9d36-e1766521168945.jpg?quality=65&amp;strip=all\" alt=\"Packers Get Latest Injury Update on QBs Jordan Love &amp; Josh Jacobs\" width=\"780\" height=\"439\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5673595\" data-lazy-load=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-5673595\">GettyJosh Jacobs #8 of the Green Bay Packers<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Another primary concern for the Packers moving forward is the status of star running back Josh Jacobs, who has been dealing with injuries for a few weeks now.<\/p>\n<p>LaFleur said Jacobs will also be limited in practice on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe will be limited,\u201d LaFleur said of Jacobs.<\/p>\n<p>Jacobs is having a stellar season with the Packers up to this point and has a chance to crack the 1,000-yard rushing mark against the Ravens.
