As the organization evaluates its direction, it remains unclear whether the Browns believe they can move forward with Stefanski at the helm \u2014 a decision that could significantly impact Sanders\u2019 path forward.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe do not know who the coach is going to be right now. We don\u2019t know who\u2019s going to be coaching the quarterback that we don\u2019t know is going to be starting for this football team. So there are a lot of unknowns,\u201d Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com said recently on the Orange and Brown Talk podcast.<\/p>\n<p>If Stefanski is gone, it\u2019s unclear how a new coach would assess the team\u2019s current quarterback room, which has both Sanders and fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel under contract for multiple years.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Browns QB Shedeur Sanders Not Worried About Future<\/h2>\n<p>The Browns also hold two first-round picks and could decide to reboot the position with a new head coach. That would put Sanders in a tough spot and make it unlikely to see the field as the starter with the Browns. But for now, Sanders is not worrying about his future.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just go out here and enjoy my day. Work hard. Do everything I can. If I\u2019m here, I\u2019m here. If I\u2019m not, I\u2019m not. It\u2019s nothing in my control,\u201d Sanders said recently. \u201cSo I try to control what I can control. That\u2019s going out there, making the right reads, doing the right things, being the person I am and things will fall how they\u2019re supposed to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sanders is 1-3 as the starter in Cleveland and has had some highs and lows. It\u2019s been a learning process every week but he knows the only way to go is up.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s like this is the foundation. This is where I\u2019m building from, where I\u2019m understanding different things,\u201d Sanders said. \u201cThis is where everything\u2019s translating for me. So I\u2019m excited about it. I\u2019m extremely excited about it because I know we\u2019re going to get \u2018em. I know we\u2019re going to get \u2018em eventually.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Browns GM Andrew Berry Likely Safe<\/h2>\n<p>While Stefanski\u2019s future is uncertain, general manager Andrew Berry seems safe. He\u2019s coming off his best draft, which included some gems and players who can be long-term contributors. Rookie linebacker Carson Schwesinger is the front-runner for Defensive Rookie of the Year, while tight end Harold Fannin is the team\u2019s top pass-catcher.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think Andrew\u2019s coming back. I think Andrew\u2019s coming back based on the draft that he just had.
