Worthy was knocked out with a\u00a0dislocated shoulder on the third offensive snap of the season\u00a0after colliding with\u00a0Travis Kelce\u00a0in Brazil.<\/p>\n

While\u00a0Tyquan Thornton\u00a0has filled in admirably for the speedy receiver, it would represent a significant boost to a team that has struggled during Worthy’s absence.<\/p>\n

It’s good news for the receiver and, provided he doesn’t suffer any setbacks, Worthy should be on track to return to game action on Sunday against the Ravens.<\/p>\n

He has been sidelined with a dislocated shoulder since the third offensive snap of the regular season for Kansas City.<\/p>\n
