The Kansas City Chiefs have a reputation for getting an unfathomable amount of good breaks, both on the football field but also when it comes to league office decisions regarding them.<\/p>\n

Most recently, many fans expected the Philadelphia Eagles to have to face the Chiefs in Week Two\u2019s Super Bowl LIX rematch without the services of star defensive lineman Jalen Carter after he was ejected in the opening moments of Week One for spitting on Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.<\/p>\n

However, it seems the league has finally decided to rule against Kansas City, and is letting Carter play, according to one prominent league insider.<\/p>\n

\u201cNFL is fining Eagles DT Jalen Carter $57,222 for spitting on Dak Prescott. The league also says the game he was ejected for will serve as a one-game suspension. \u201cAfter talking to the Eagles, the NFL and the NFLPA, Jalen has decided not to appeal and focus on the Chiefs game,\u201d said Carter\u2019s agent Drew Rosenhaus,\u201d reported ESPN\u2019s Adam Schefter.<\/p>\n
