The Kansas City Chiefs conducted their final public practice of training camp on Wednesday, which place during the team\u2019s annual \u201cMilitary Appreciation Day\u201d at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph. It was the 17th public training camp practice.<\/p>\n
The team finished its camp schedule with a lighter 10-10-10 session, featuring 10 plays on offense followed by 10 plays on defense and a 10-minute special teams period. In this kind of practice, the first-team offense plays against the second-team defense \u2014 and vice-versa.<\/p>\n
After missing time in the NFL\u2019s concussion protocol, cornerback Jaylen Watson was back on the field with his teammates.<\/p>\n
Four players were held out. Tight end Jake Briningstool (hamstring) finished camp with 13 missed days. Wide receiver Hollywood Brown (ankle) ended up with nine. As he recovers from surgery, tackle Ethan Driskell (appendectomy) missed his third day. Running back Kareem Hunt missed his first session with a quad contusion.<\/p>\n
