It\u2019s no secret that the\u00a0Detroit Lions\u2019 passing offense revolves around star wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown.<\/p>\n
The 25-year-old wideout has led the team in receiving every year since Detroit grabbed him in the fourth round of the 2021 draft, and he\u2019s largely credited for helping\u00a0quarterback\u00a0Jared Goff\u00a0resurrect his career after being traded to the Lions right before St. Brown\u2019s rookie year.<\/p>\n
St. Brown, a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time first-team All-Pro, has had three straight seasons with 1,150 yards or more, and he\u2019s caught double-digit touchdowns in back-to-back years.<\/p>\n
And while St. Brown is one of Detroit\u2019s offensive leaders, he revealed on Thursday that he hasn\u2019t been participating in any of the team\u2019s offseason practices because of a procedure he had done shortly after the season ended.<\/p>\n

I had a surgery on my knee after the season just to clean some stuff up, so I’ve been rehabbing that, but I should be good to go for training camp,\u201d\u00a0St. Brown told reporters.<\/p>\n
St. Brown didn\u2019t reveal which knee he had the procedure done on, but it should be noted he did injure his right knee on a punt return last November, which caused him to miss some practice time though he did play in the following week\u2019s game.<\/p>\n
Though St. Brown seems optimistic his knee won\u2019t affect him being ready for the start of the season, some Lions fans expressed their concern about the secrecy of St. Brown\u2019s surgery and his timeline for recovery.<\/p>\n
