<\/p>\nOn Wednesday, longtime Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay died at the age of 65. Irsay began working in the organization after his college graduation in 1982, taking over ownership with the passing of his father in 1997.<\/p>\n

Under the guidance of Irsay, the Colts won Super Bowl XLI against the Chicago Bears, which concluded the 2006 season.<\/p>\n
On Thursday morning, Kansas City Chiefs owner, chairman and CEO Clark Hunt shared a brief statement in memory of Irsay.<\/p>\n
