Things are looking worse than better for the Bengals star.<\/p>\n

The Cincinnati Bengals star receivers have been in the news for multiple reasons this year. Tee Higgins and Ja\u2019Marr Chase have both had ongoing contract conversations and have also had strong performances on the field.<\/p>\n

For Higgins, he has, throughout the last few seasons, battled numerous injuries that have sidelined him for multiple weeks at a time, and those may continue to sideline him in an important Week 8 battle with the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The Bengals, who started the season 0-3, have battled back to be 3-4 and now have a chance to be .500 for the first time since the start of 2024. However, they may be without Higgins, who picked up a quad injury in practice this week.<\/p>\n

Per ESPN\u2019s Dan Graziano, there\u2019s \u201cpessimism\u201d about whether or not the star receiver will take the field Sunday.<\/p>\n

Per sources, there\u2019s a real chance Bengals WR Tee Higgins, who injured his quad in Friday\u2019s practice, has to miss Sunday\u2019s game against the Eagles. The Bengals are planning to go right up until game time before deciding, but there\u2019s pessimism about his chances to play.<\/p>\n
